ABOUT US
Copper Spoon opened up in March of 2015 under the name Wine Down, but got its new name in October of 2018. This as the restaurant evolved into much more than local owners Gary and Kelly Skeel could have imagined. Now Copper Spoon's bar program is nationally recognized and has paved the way for some of the best bartenders and cocktails in the Midwest.
On the food side, Copper Spoon's culinary team strives to impress both Fort Wayne locals and out-of-town foodies. We also support the local food scene by establishing & maintaining relationships with many local food suppliers & farmers. Our menu serves locally sourced food whenever possible. Add all this to the atmosphere and you will truly feel like you've been transported somewhere else!
