Raj Shukla, a Nashville native, has been in the hospitality industry for 13 years. He has been a part of Copper Spoon and Sidecar for almost 2 years and currently employed as a bartender and manager. He has judged cocktail competitions as well as placing first in the Del Maguey Vida Mezcal Cocktail Competition in Fort Wayne. He recently attended Camp Runamok and Wild Turkey’s Behind The Barrel program - both highly coveted and immersive bartender training camps held in Kentucky. Being passionate about educating his peers and guests about all things beer, distilled spirits, and wine, he strives to raise our city’s awareness and understanding of quality beverages.
