Sam is from Warsaw Indiana and has been in the hospitality industry since 2010. He started his career as a line cook and eventually became the catering manager for Cerulean restaurant in Winona Lake.
In 2014 he decided to make the switch to Front of House and helped open up Oak and Alley in Warsaw as a bartender. Shortly thereafter he became the bar manager and started running the kitchen until August of 2016 when he decided to join us here at Copper Spoon.
Sam is now a manager at CS but you'll still find him here slinging drinks, or on his days off enjoying other local restaurants and bars. Typically he's drinking Daiquiris, Negronis, or the occasional beer "perfectly" paired with sushi or burritos.
